Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund once the item is returned. In this case, return postage will be refunded.

Change of Mind
If you decide the item isn’t right for you, we accept returns provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• All original packaging and tags are intact

• The return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Customers are responsible for the return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund for the product will be issued.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please Note
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used.
